The Little Princess’s Married-in Boyfriend (11)
The system glanced over. As expected.
Bai Weiwei spoke again. “Also, the enemy’s desolate cry is so touching ah. It’d be a shame not to listen.”
The system took another look at Xu Menggui, who was sneering grimly.
It was silent. It felt that the host’s abnormal brain circuit was infinitely close to what was going on.
Bai Weiwei was dragged to an abandoned factory.
In the dark place, there were only dilapidated street lamps shining some light in.
In order to show off how much of a cannon fodder they could be, the gangsters pushed her to the ground.
Bai Weiwei looked at them in horror. “My dad is very powerful. He won’t let you guys go.”
One gangster sneered. “We’ll rape you first, then kill you. If we throw your body in the sea, who would know we did it.”
Bai Weiwei trembled, looking terrified.
The little punk knew he needed to teach Bai Weiwei a lesson, letting her know pain so that she would feel grateful to the person saving the beauty.
So he reached out to slap Bai Weiwei.
The result was the slap landing on empty air. Bai Weiwei had seen and very agilely dodged into a corner of the wall.
“Don’t come over! My husband’s coming, and he’s very powerful.”
She was so frightened that her body was trembling incessantly and tears streamed down her cheeks.
The hesitation in the thug’s heart dissipated. How could he not mess with1 such an eldest young miss.
The thug came over and lifted his hand for another slap. “Shut up, bitch.”
Bai Weiwei shrank back and just barely managed to evade his slap.
Annoyed, the gangster pounced, ready to tear open her skirt.
Bai Weiwei screamed, “Don’t come over! Help!”
She smashed the thug on the head with a strong iron bar.
The gangster felt his entire body ring.
Then he fainted and collapsed.
Bai Weiwei didn’t seem to notice. She gripped the factory’s discarded pipe and smashed it on the gangster’s body.
His bones creaked and snapped.
Bai Weiwei fearfully cried as she continued smashing, “Don’t come over, none of you come over!”
Fragile and pitiful, to the point of heartache.
The remaining two people were shocked. They immediately rushed over to grab her.
The result was that the iron pipe in Bai Weiwei’s hands suddenly changed its trajectory. It smashed into the temple of the gangster who had lunged over.
Was this really not intentional?
The thug fell straight to the ground, his vision dark.
Suddenly, the pipe somehow managed to thwack the center of his leg.
He thought, not only was the sky dark, his future was too.
The last thug was lucky; he swooped in and caught Bai Weiwei’s pipe.
Then he shoved Bai Weiwei to the ground.
He saw his brothers’ 2tragic state and didn’t even think before smashing down the iron pipe. “Bitch, I’ll kill you!”
Bai Weiwei desperately closed her eyes in despair. She called out one name in the final seconds. “Xu Menggui, why haven’t you come save me?”
The sound of the iron pipe striking something sounded particularly vivid in the dark.
Bai Weiwei thought for certain she would die. She waited for a while, but what came was instead a warm touch.
A soft and warm hand lightly stroked her face.
Then came a voice as gentle as an angel’s. “Weiwei, I’m here to save you.”
Bai Weiwei opened her eyes and found that the iron pipe had struck Xu Menggui’s body.
Xu Menggui endured the pain. His expression shuddered slightly, but he still smiled softly and told her, “It’s okay, I’m here.”

2: As in brothers-in-arms. They’re (probably) not blood-related.↩
